Seeing Kyren going silent, Colby stepped forward with his arms crossed.
“Don’t you have something else up your sleeve? Use it all, then! Or are you saying that they’re all gone after seeing my servant? If that’s the case, then I’ll be the one who reigns here!”
Baylee, Kyren, and the others frowned, not saying a word.
Even Raul and Mr. Tanaka gritted their teeth; they naturally weren’t confident in taking down the Northwest Demon.
Without that confidence, their only bet was to accept defeat and be completely crippled.
The crowd instinctively looked at Conrad, wanting to see what the castaway would do. Since he was under Henrik’s wing, he probably had insane support.
“You, reign here?”
Conrad squinted at his fighter for a moment.
“You think too much, Young Master Colby. The moment I showed up, I’m the king here. As soon as I get my fighter, you and everyone here will have to kneel. Don’t believe me?”
Colby chuckled coldly. “I’ll kneel when you die!”
“Heh!”
Conrad quickly turned to the lake.
“I’ll need your help with the enemies, Salem!” he said respectfully.
The subordinates behind Conrad bowed as well.
“Please, Salem!”
After seeing the nervous behavior, everyone looked at each other.
‘Who is his support? Is someone just going to pop out of the lake or something?”
Harvey calmly turned to look at the lake.
“Interesting. Is this a God of War with genetic enhancements?” he muttered, squinting. “I underestimated genetic science, after all…”
Harlan and the others looked at Harvey weirdly, unsure as to what he was muttering about.
When Harlan was about to ask, Kyren, Mr. Tanaka, Baylee, Raul, Colby, and the others quickly sprung up and stared at the lake with shock.
Kyren and Raul looked as if they were staring at their arch- nemesis.
The crowd realized something.
They looked at the clear lake, where a massive crack started to form. The crack instantly seeped to the bottom of the lake. A man sitting in the lake slowly opened his eyes; he leaped forward, before landing on shore.
Almost at the same time, the crack quietly disappeared, as if it were magic.
“What…?”
The Northwest Demon was filled with shock.
“A complete mind with an indestructible body! That’s a God of War!”
The experienced martial artists held their breath.
The realm of God of War was just a general term…but most Gods of War were completely stuck in the beginning stages.
Anyone who could advance from that stage could start their own sect!
