While the staff spoke, a few men in security uniforms came over with cautious looks when they glared at Xynthia Zimmer and the others. 

“We’re here to take over the chain Budokans originally from Flutwell’s business alliance. 

“We couldn’t inform you ahead of time because of time constraints… 

“But don’t worry. This is just a normal transfer of property rights. We won’t affect your work.” 

Xynthia obviously did her homework. She seemed like an experienced woman as soon as she spoke. 

“My name is Xynthia. Please tell your management about this so we can make a transfer.” 

Then, Xynthia’s assistant behind her handed over official documents for the staff to read. 

“You’re taking over the chain Budokans?” 

The staff seemed quite surprised, but she also knew what had happened the day before. She nodded before turning back inside without saying another word. 

Soon, a dozen people in traditional clothing walked out with an elegant–looking woman. 

The woman was none other than Jeff Bauer’s seventeenth mistress, Audrey Lopez herself. 

She was wearing a business suit with her hair tied up. Along with the exquisite makeup on her face, she looked extremely enchanting.

Xynthia showed a cold look before she took a deep breath and retracted her hand. 

“We bought off all the properties of Flutwell’s business alliance through official sources. 

“We’re here today to take over. 

“These are our documents.” 

Xynthia gestured to the assistant to produce the documents. 

“Documents? What documents? 

Audrey slapped the stack of documents to the ground with a playful expression on her face. 

“Who do you think you are? What right do you have to take over the properties of the Bauer family? 

“Are you people dumb or something? 

“Don’t you know whose properties these are?! 

“Let me tell you something! All this previously belonged to Flutwell’s business alliance. The chain Budokans, office buildings, and shopping malls included! 

“They’re all under Young Master Bauer’s name now! 

“Joseph Bauer signed the contract last night! 

“Young Master Bauer is the real owner here! 

“Do you think you can just take his properties with these stupid papers? 

“Have you ever thought of the consequences of doing such a thing?”
