Chapter 4976
“Our sales will plummet if the situation escalates. How are you going to deal with this? We built this luxurious area from scratch!”
Harvey pointed out the severity of the situation with a calm tone.
Trenton took a deep breath.
“Please, Sir York!
“Let me buy a house there!
“It doesn’t matter if it’s the worst one!
“I’m willing to pay three times-no, ten times the original cost!”
“Just pay double,” Harvey replied.
“People will think that I’m trying to fake an advertisement if you pay that much.
“As for the house, I’ll make sure to pick one in a good spot for you.
“Even if you have no shame, your family wouldn’t say the same.
“That said, I’ll need you to tell your friends about this.”
“Of course! I’ll do that right now!”
Trenton clapped his chest.
Leona and the others were speechless. Harvey managed to spread word about the Golden Garden project in the upper social circle so effortlessly…
Since someone like Trenton bought one of the houses for double the original price, the entire place would be sold out in just a single day.
“Another thing, Violet…” Trenton added, his tone cold. “If you can’t take responsibility for your actions and get Master York to forgive you… You’d be better off dead instead.”
Trenton hung up the call soon after.
Violet’s eyes twitched, and she froze in place. Paola and the others went completely sluggish.
Without Harvey saying another word, Violet instantly slammed her knees to the ground. Her face was covered in tears.
“I was wrong, Sir York!
“Please! Just pretend this all didn’t happen!
“I’ll pay fifteen million dollars as compensation! Just let me go!”
Harvey glanced at Casen, signaling for him to deal with the situation. A small fry like Violet didn’t have the right to make him take action anyway.
Casen finally recognized the major shareholder of the Golden Garden, and was filled with respect.
Without Violet, the ceremony did seem a little dull.
After pondering for a moment, Harvey decided to give Xynthia a call. His sister-in-law was a well-known pure goddess; she was definitely more than suitable for the situation.
More importantly, Harvey didn’t need to pay for her visit, either.
He was quite a frugal man, after all.
When everything was finally settled, news about the Golden Garden spread like wildfire. Harvey warned the people in charge that the houses shouldn’t rise in price, and to enforce a purchase limit. He then left before heading back to Golden Estate.
According to his plan, Golden Garden had a few more phases to go through. He couldn’t just kill off his money- making land by making stupid decisions.
Golden Estate needed to carry out business with utmost sincerity. That way, the company could expand in Wolsing, and maybe even the entire world.
Half an hour later, someone knocked on Harvey’s office door. He gave his permission, and Amora entered, dressed in business attire.
Harvey wasn’t too surprised to see her show up. The clever woman wouldn’t go back on her word after announcing her arrival, anyway.
