Chapter 4978

Harvey glanced at the woman in front of him calmly.

Safe to say, Amora was quite a smart woman. She knew there were dire consequences for going against Mandy.

She also knew that Harvey was still divorced.

That was why she handed Harvey the contract to mend the situation. That way, his relationship with both Mandy and the Zimmer family would recover.

Harvey flipped through the pages for a moment.

“Sure. Since you’re this sincere about it, I’ll keep the contract.

“But you didn’t come for just these two things now, did you?

“We’re businessmen. Just say what’s on your mind.”

Amora smiled.

“I expect no less from you.

“You may not know this, but the Olden Trade, the biggest chain luxury shopping mall in the country, belongs to the Foster family.

“I’d like you to build a chain inside Golden Garden during its next phase.

“I can guarantee you that the brands included are the best of the best. Golden Garden’s standards will only go higher with this.”

Harvey narrowed his eyes; Amora had quite a keen sense.

Golden Garden was a high-class place to stay-those who could afford the place were either rich or powerful.

A shopping mall in a place like this would surely enjoy a booming business. After all, the rich and powerful had all the spending power there was.

Just as Amora said, the standards could only go higher with a shopping mall of that status. This was a win-win situation.

Harvey smiled.

“Of course. I’ll let you handle the first phase.

“Since we’re family, I’ll cut to the chase.

“You won’t have to pay for rent the first year.

“The two years after that, I’ll have thirty percent of the mall’s revenue as payment.

“Three years later, if you manage to regain capital, I’ll have fifty percent of your profits.”

Amora nodded. “Of course! I won’t disappoint you!”

She was exhilarated; this was a great accomplishment for her to take charge, and with such lenient conditions to boot.

With this, she could at least silence those unhappy with her improper rise to power.

“Right. It’s settled, then.”

Harvey stood up, the contract in hand.

“I’ll have to visit the Zimmer Enterprise now. Make yourself at home.”

When it was almost evening, only a few people were seen around the entrance of Zimmer Enterprise.

Even the security guards were dozing off; they knew there wouldn’t be anyone sneaking inside, anyway.

In the CEO’s office, Mandy was looking at the files spread all over the place, completely miserable.

After a huge argument with the higher-ups, a lot of problems were brought up all at once.

Insufficient funds, old equipment, aging staff, increasing debt, and products that couldn’t even compete in the market Mandy was able to keep the business running after being forced all the way to Golden Sands, but now, she was at her wit’s end.

Mandy chuckled bitterly. The Jean family had been adding insult to injury, preventing her from solidifying her position as the head of the ninth branch.

At the same time, the company had no chance to compete against the rest.

A huge paycheck, and enough funds to develop products, were needed to change the overall situation.

While Mandy was pondering for a way to deal with the crisis, the door was suddenly kicked open.
