“That’s right. He came with another identity as well-the envoy of the Island Nations Embassy. He could represent the emperor of the Island Nations while in Country H.”

Harvey’s eyes lit up, and he smiled. “Looks like someone’s desperately trying to put Golden Sands in more trouble…”
