Nine o’clock at night.

Mandy had mostly recovered after a few days of rest.

She knew she didn’t have much use in the outskirts after finally meeting Harvey. She asked Harvey to send him off at the airport soon after.

Harvey was instantly relieved when he saw Mandy leave. Mandy was his biggest weakness, after all. After learning about her flight safely landing in Wolsing, he was finally at ease.

To show gratitude toward Romina’s contributions, other than giving her a check worth 1.5 million dollars, he invited her to have a few drinks at the bar street as well.

After all, they should take the chance to relax before the storm.

Harvey requested a room for his group; while everyone was gulping down their drinks, he assigned work to each person.

When everything was handled, Harvey went outside the box to get some fresh air. He called Tyson to ask for some men he could use in the outskirts, while also arranging things in Wolsing.

For Mandy or the country’s sake, Harvey felt like he needed to go there eventually.

He planned to go as soon as he was done with the outskirts’ mess.

It’d be better for Tyson to make preparations in the Wolsing, too.

Harvey wanted to call Yvonne as well, since she was from the Xavier family. But after pondering for a moment, he decided to send a few texts to check in on her instead. After all, he didn’t know how to respond to her feelings.

Harvey went back inside the bar, then frowned.

A man with green tattoos and a few bald men were lifting a drunk woman. The woman was clearly struggling despite her state, and she couldn’t move much.

A man in a suit stood behind these bald men.

“Okay! You did well!

“Young Master Emil needs Casks like this! Bring her here, now!

When Young Master Emil’s happy, our deal will be set in stone!”

The man sized up the woman.

“Tsk, tsk, tsk! Not bad at all!

“How dare she try to show off during the day? Not a single woman Young Master Emil is interested in can walk away from him.

“It’s her greatest blessing for him to be interested in her! Her entire family should be grateful that Young Master Emil’s using her as a Cask!”

The more the man talked, the more smug he became.

Harvey frowned when he saw this; when the woman was dragged under the light, the two finally locked eyes.

Her lips moved slightly, and she uttered quietly, “Save me….”

Harvey froze; he knew who the woman was.
