With Queenie York’s signature on the contract, the Ishikawa Corporation incident came to a close.

Queenie’s position within the company and the family was set in stone. After seeing Yukiko Ishikawa and the others stumble out of the venue, Harvey York calmly turned toward Dante Castro.

Dante frantically changed his expression and tried to back off.

“You remember the deal we made yesterday, Manager Castro?” asked Harvey calmly.

“You’re supposed to leave the company if I get the contract, right?

“So, when are you planning to do that?”

The higher-ups looked at each other after hearing Harvey’s words.

Nobody thought that Harvey would bring that up at this point.

Dante’s face turned pale.

“I… I… I…” he muttered.

“Since you have a deal with Consultant York, you should leave then.

“Since you’ve worked so hard for the Loxus Consortium for so many years, I’ll give you a year’s worth of salary as severance pay! Don’t you dare show up in front of me ever again!

“Come! Give him the money and throw him out right now!”

Cory York showed a righteous expression, but in reality, he was still trying to protect Dante.

After all, Queenie and Harvey got a contract that greatly benefits them.

Clang! Cory threw the bat to the ground and glared coldly at Queenie and Harvey. “Are you happy with this, Consultant York?” he asked with a steady tone. Harvey smiled before he shrugged.

“If I’m not, are you going to break his other arm too?”
