“Why are you telling me all this?” Harvey asked, glancing at Marcel.

“Do you want me to take care of this mess for you?”

Marcel shook his head.

“No. I’m just trying to inform you all this so you can send my wife and daughter back to Country H if anything happens.” Naturally, Marcel already had a way to deal with the situation.

He told Harvey this much because Harvey had the right to know.

Marcel was prepared to fight this war alone.

“Don’t worry. They’ll be completely fine.”

“Or rather… In Hong Kong and Las Vegas, the Clarke family, the Mendoza family, the Hamilton family, as well as the rest will all remain unscathed.”

“If Jason’s only here to take revenge after making his comeback, then it doesn’t concern me.”

“But if he’s trying to destroy the two cities from the face of Country H…”

“His title as a God of War will end now.”

Harvey was expressionless. Anyone who dared to try take advantage of Country H had better be prepared to lay down their lives Marcel looked deep into Harvey’s eyes. All of a sudden, he chuckled.

“I called you here to tell you one more thing.”

“If we manage to deal with Jason, that bastard Vince won’t have another chance to rise.”

“I think you can consider marrying Queenie by this point, and become my son-in-law.”

“The Yorks of Hong Kong is yours to command from now on.”

Harvey’s eyes twitched slightly before he shifted his gaze toward Selena, who was smiling from ear to ear. He was speechless.

He finally understood what it meant for someone to be this interested in him to be the next son-in-law.

VI Half an hour later, Harvey stumbled out of the place in a hurry. If he didn’t, Selena would’ve dragged him along to arrange his wedding date.

Queenie drove Harvey back to the urban district.

Only the two were inside the car, and it was dead silent. Harvey looked quietly at Yvonne, who was currently very gloomy.

He knew that the rise of Country H would be a steep path, but he didn’t know that some descendants of the country would try to stop it either.

But after thinking about the situation , Harvey could at least understand their motive.

These so-called descendants had paid a huge price to sail across the ocean just to settle down during their eighties. In their eyes, Country H was a sign of weakness.

At most, it was just a remote and backward piece of land. They never thought that the country would develop as the world’s strongest in a span of ten years.

Even ordinary people could enjoy their so-called glory and riches by betraying their country. The country’s recent prosperity had filled these people with vengeance and resentment. These feelings gave them the willingness become the bridgehead of the western army.

Safe to say, these people despised Country H more than the westerners themselves.

Jason, Mateo, and the descendants of the Knights Templar were all outstanding people who represent such traitors.

If these people were to succeed and cause both Hong Kong and Las Vegas to collapse , Country H’s prosperity and stability would definitely be affected.

Harvey took a deep breath. He had to find an excuse to get himself involved in this fight. The problem was, he was slightly worried to let that old fox Marcel take action.

“My father’s just kidding, Harvey. Don’t take it to heart.”
