Right when Xynthia was about to reason with Lilian, the driver turned on the car’s privacy windows. His expression was horrible.

“CEO Zimmer, Madam. A few cars have been following us for a while…”

“I’ve already gone through a few different routes, but they’ve been constantly trailing us…”

“I’m afraid they’re coming after us!” Mandy froze before glancing at the rear-view mirror.

Just as the driver had said, a few cars with Country H license plates were steadily trailing behind.

The cars were all black. Along with their prominent looking license plates, the convoy seemed extremely grand.

However, the convoy scattered instantly after realizing that their cover was blown. They came from all sides, completely surrounding the Zimmer family’s convoy.

One of the cars went forward to block the road, while the other two slowly closed in on Mandy’s car.

Mandy’s expression changed. She didn’t think someone would even dare cause trouble to the Jean family in Mordu.

But after pondering about the situation for a moment, she felt that this was to be expected.

After taking a deep breath, Mandy managed to regain her calm.

No matter who the enemies were or what they were planning to do, safety had to come first.

The driver looked back at Mandy and said, “CEO Zimmer, please fasten your seatbelts. I’m going to speed up!” At the same time, he took out his walkie-talkie.

“If we’re going to call someone, we should be calling Young Master Bauer instead…” Before Mandy could even stop Lilian, the latter had already sent a text on her phone.

Vroooom! Right when the text was sent, the driver stepped on the pedal before the car sped out of the right lane.

The cars in charge of protecting the Zimmers moved to the middle of the road, effectively blocking the cars trailing behind.

Screeeeeeech! But right when Mandy and the others were zooming a few hundred feet forward, three cars appeared out of nowhere and blocked the path ahead.

Naturally, the enemies were already prepared for this occasion.
