Rudolph‘s title wasn‘t just for show. It was said that he had studied ancient medical skills from both India and the Island Nations, as well as western and eastern medicine. His skills were considered unparalleled.
He was also able to filter out most of the useless information and keep only the essence of said medical skills, further pushing him to more lengths.
It‘s said that even the royal families of Northern Europe would occasionally hire him to treat them , prolonging their lives in the process.
However, Rudolph‘s price was extremely high; he would charge at least millions of dollars every time.
If he had to operate on anyone, it would cost exponentially more.
Despite that, his business was still flourishing.
Ansel had already heard of the legendary Deathbuster before. Even though the Torres family was quite well known throughout Flutwell, they were still not good enough to get someone like Rudolph here.
If it weren‘t for Sienna, Rudolph probably wouldn‘t have shown up here.
“Mr. Rudolph heard about Uncle Torres‘s experience. He said that Uncle Torres was a hero, and that it was his honor to treat Uncle,” Sienna said after winking a few times.
Rudolph understood Sienna‘s intentions immediately.
“Princess Wright is right,” he said with a warm smile on his face.
Colton casually smiled back.
“You‘re too kind, Sienna.”
Harvey glanced curiously at the princess. Safe to say, Sienna was no ordinary woman.
A few simple words were enough to prevent Colton from rejecting Rudolph‘s treatment.
Colton shifted his gaze toward Harvey before revealing a faint smile.
“Let me introduce you, Sienna.”
“This man here is Harvey York. Ansel brought him here to treat my injury.”
“Since we‘re all here, we should have a competition.”
Ansel wanted to say something, but he couldn‘t even make a single sound.
Sienna glared at Harvey with a suspicious look.
“Mr. York, which medical school did you graduate from? Which doctor did you work under?”
“I‘m not a doctor. I have no medical skills,” Harvey replied.
“I only know the Art of Killing.”
“Then why are you trying to treat Uncle Torres‘s injuries?”
Sienna was confused.
“I don‘t know where you come from, Mr. York…” she said with a bitter look.
“But I have to warn you: if you‘re only here to trick us, you better leave now.”
“Uncle Torres will not let you off the hook. You‘ll end up horribly if you try to fool him!”
“You can still leave now…”
Naturally, the princess was kind enough to give Harvey a warning even when she had a feeling that he was a conman.
Rudolph naturally had ulterior motives regarding Sienna; he couldn‘t help but frown after seeing her being so nice to a mere conman.
“Ms. Wright, I heard that there are a lot of barefoot doctors and scammers in Country H, but I didn‘t think
we‘d bump into one right here!”.
“The doctors’ reputation is ruined by people like him! I suggest we throw him out of the door right now!”
“The conman wants to compete against me?!”
“Not a chance!”
Rudolph looked as if he was about to leave if Harvey was allowed to stay.
Sienna felt quite pressured by the turn of events.
She hoped that Rudolph would cure Colton.
However, she was just too nice; she couldn‘t simply throw someone she had just met out of the front door.
Even if he was just a scammer…
