Allen Olford burst out laughing after seeing everyone’s shock on their faces. 

Soon, he respectfully walked toward Chase Smith and the others.

“Representative Moreno! What an esteemed guest! We’ll have to get drunk tonight!” 

Allen was also quite surprised. 

It was still normal for the first–in–command of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to show up, but Gordon Moreno and Chase were both highly prominent figures! 

With their identities, they would never show up at such an event.

He would not dare dodge the kick. He had no choice but to endure it.

Allen held his chest with a bitter expression on his face.

“I’m mad? 

Chase let out a cold chuckle. 

“Not as mad as you?! 

“I made you the first vice leader of the organization to make you in charge of daily work, not to let you take advantage of the people at large! 

“Who the f*ck do you think you are?! The king of Blackburn City?! 

“You’re nothing in front of Governor York! How dare you even try to challenge him?!” 

Chase heard about Allen going up against Harvey while he was coming here. He was instantly scared witless. 

If Allen really managed to offend Harvey, Chase would be dead meat. 

After seeing Allen’s attitude, he could not help but burst into a fit of rage. 

He kept slapping Allen around before kicking him down again without remorse. 

Chase was a big and fierce man. Allen’s face was completely swollen as he constantly coughed out blood after taking a good few hits. 

Grandma Cobb and the others panicked. 

They were about to welcome the prominent figures but were so scared that they kept stepping back. 

Noemi was also in complete shock. 

She did not understand why their greatest support was getting beaten up like a dying dog. 

That said, she knew she would be unable to stop this from happening. 

Chase’s identity was immensely high. He was also an extremely moody person.
