Harvey looked at the assassins with a sincere gaze.The leader chuckled coldly after hearing his words.

“I have to admit.While your tone’s pretty dreadful, your offer is indeed a tempting one.”

“That said, I know that a prominent figure like you is only trying to make fun of us for saying those things…”

“But I also know that if we do accept the offer, you’d actually give us the money.”

“After all, your plane’s about to leave.You wouldn’t want to waste any more time here.”

“You may be powerful and confident, but you have dead weight by your side right now.”

“What would happen to Dean if we actually started fighting?”

“He’s recovered a little, but he can’t even move his legs right now.At this point, he’s just target practice for us.”

“Even if you’re God, it wouldn’t be hard for the seven of us to deal with the God of War.” Harvey nodded.

“You’re pretty smart.I was hoping that we could talk this out.It’s bad luck to fight, anyway.After all, you people work for money, and I have a lot of it.”

“How about that? Is my offer good enough for you? Or are you saying that you want me to triple the amount instead?”

Harvey lifted Dean to the side of a big tree.If a fight broke out, Dean would at least have a chance to protect himself.

The leader laughed coldly.

“It’d be extremely convenient for us to accept your offer…”

“But you must be underestimating us quite a bit!”

“Us killers have rules!”

“Since we’ve accepted the job, we should be seeing it to the very end. There’d be no honor if we bail right now!”

“Of course, we can take your money and kill you two first before we take out the client for you.”

“That way, we’ll finish both jobs! This is a win-win for everyone, right?” The leader revealed a cruel smile.

“Sigh! What a shame.”

“What do you mean? My suggestion’s pretty flawless.”

“It mean that it’s a shame that you people are so ignorant.I’ll have to retract the statement about you being smart,”

Harvey replied, looking disappointed.

“I didn’t want to do anything to you people, but you just had to force my hand.”

“You won’t get another chance to run away anymore.”

“What a waste of my new clothes…”

Harvey took his jacket off and rolled it on his hand.

In just a split second, he appeared in front of the leader and threw a deadly punch.

The punch wasn’t at all flashy; only utter dominance could be felt from it.

Murderous intent poured out of Harvey’s fist.It looked as if Harvey had trained for this punch for a thousand years.

Before the fist even came in contact, a terrifying sound pierced the air, and the leader of the assassins could feel the wind charging at him.

He could feel a sharp pain on his pale white skin, and instantly changed his expression.

“Impossible!”

The leader couldn’t hide the fear in his heart any longer; not only was the punch as quick as lightning, it was also extremely powerful.

He had no choice but to swing his machete forward, letting out a furious roar as he did so.

Boom! A muffled sound echoed as the machete landed on Harvey’s fist.Because of the jacket, the poison-coated machete had no effect on Harvey.

Harvey deflected the blade and kept punching.

The leader’s expression changed again; he immediately crossed his arms, desperately trying to block Harvey’s attack…

Bam! Yet, the attack was completely unstoppable; Harvey’s fist went past the leader’s arms and aimed straight toward the heart.
