Westley’s eyes twitched after seeing the string of nines.

Harvey smiled disdainfully after seeing the horrible look on Westley’s face.

“You’re giving up?” he said, picking up the checkbook to tap it on Westley’s face.

“Right. Get everyone else out of here. We’ll go our separate ways after I deal with your problem. If you come for me the next time…

“Is that so?” Harvey smiled.

Then, he got someone to send over a set of needles to stick in Westley.

Harvey pulled the needles back out before transferring his energy into Westley’s body; black liquid started flowing out of the wound on the latter’s head. Blood-red pebbles formed from the liquid.

“It’s done.”

Harvey stood up.

“Rest for a month, and you’ll have your strength back. You can find someone to love after a year or so.

“It’s a good thing for the women, anyway. Since people like you aren’t allowed to screw around, their innocence will be protected.”

Harvey was about to leave. But before he did, he suddenly spoke up.

“Go back and tell your master something.

“The Big Boss gained the people’s respect because he’s been serving them for the longest time.

“If Emery wants to sit on his throne, he’ll have to consider both the country and its people.

“If he keeps playing tricks while hiding in Wolsing, selling out his own country for the sake of his own benefit…

Westley scowled.

‘He’s an impressive man, but he’s trying to get himself involved with the royal court. What a joke! A man of the underworld like him has no right!’

But after remembering what Harvey was capable of, Westley had no choice but to force out a smile.

Harvey turned around, looking at Westley as if he was an idiot.

“Do you expect me to do something like that? Who do you think you are?” he said.
