The crowd was showing righteous fury after seeing Harvey act so arrogantly. Everyone pointed at Harvey while screaming at him, calling him an ignorant man who popped out of nowhere just to cause the family trouble.

“Who gave you the courage to do as you please here, young man?

Riggs chuckled, then pulled out a red notebook and throwing it in front of Harvey.

“Look closely! Here’s my license to kill!

Riggs had no intention to back off, and smiled coldly at Harvey.

Riggs waved his hand; his armed men pointed their weapons at Harvey. The smell of gunpowder filled the entire place. It was a frightening sight.
